Where it all started
We met as students at the University of Economics in Wrocław, working together on various projects.
What started as collaboration quickly turned into friendship — without knowing it would later become the foundation of our own company.
Learning delivery
Experience from student organizations helped us smoothly enter the IT industry in delivery roles.
Working on international projects showed us how important clear communication and well-designed processes really are.
Eventually, we ended up working side by side in the same company.
Building independence
Years of experience showed us what often goes wrong in software delivery — and how it could be done better.
After hours, alongside our full-time jobs, we started working on our own brand and acquiring first clients.
That’s how Softwareness was born.
Going all in
At the beginning of the year, we made the decision to leave our full-time roles and focus fully on our own company.
